Planned Sessions

 

Coached sessions are on Tuesdays at 19:00 and Saturdays at  08:10. For Tuesday session we will meet at our Hannakins clubhouse, for Saturday sessions we will meet in the left hand side of the carpark at Gloucester Park,

Thursdays are a self-paced run at 19:00, again meeting at our Hannakins clubhouse.

All abilities are welcome for each session.
