Congratulations to the Thurrock Men and the Pitsea Ladies who won the team prizes at the 10K. 10K page fully updated.
Well done those hardy runners who completed the Stortford Ten today. No news yet on any results.
Don't forget there is a double helping next weekend of Cross Country. Great Notley on Saturady and Hadleigh on Sunday. Directions to both venues are on the respective Cross Country Pages.

It's over for another year. The weather was kind with the rain just consisting of a few spits here and there. Great respect for all the competitors for the last 3K back into the head wind. Heros, all of you! We all hope you enjoyed the race. A BIG thank you to all the Striders who turned out to help and Marshall. The numbers were outstanding! Well done and thank you everyone.
